These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Vegas Tides website and orders submitted to Vegas Tides Research LLC (“Vegas Tides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Buyer eligibility and research use
Products are supplied solely for qualified in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or animal consumption, clinical use, food use, cosmetic use, household use, or any other non-research purpose.
By submitting an order, you represent that you are at least 21 years old and are a qualified laboratory, research organization, institutional buyer, or other lawful research counterparty. You acknowledge that each product is purchased solely for laboratory research use.
You further agree not to use, resell, or distribute a product for human or animal consumption or for any non-research purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that your order, destination, receipt, and use comply with applicable requirements.
2. Product information and COA status
Product listings describe the material and its presentation. A product’s COA status is shown honestly on the applicable listing or COA Library. Vegas Tides does not publish purity or testing claims without supporting documentation.
3. Orders, pricing, and payment
We may review, refuse, cancel, limit, or request verification for an order where buyer eligibility, intended use, payment authorization, shipping destination, or policy compliance cannot be confirmed. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. You must provide accurate order and contact information.
Where an approved payment option is available, the payment information is handled by the provider presented at checkout; Vegas Tides does not receive full payment-card numbers.
4. Shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds
Shipping is limited to eligible United States destinations. Processing, shipping options, and charges are described in the Shipping Policy and shown at checkout before submission. Return, cancellation, and refund requests are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy.
5. Accounts and website use
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for activity taken through your account. You may not use the site in a way that violates these Terms or applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vegas Tides is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or from use of a product contrary to these Terms or the Research Use Only Policy.

Information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
